DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

Being the proactive and persuasive Brand VerbalStrategy Intern based in our Shanghai headquarters, you will work with us together to develop and transform leading and innovative workflow and methodologies into operational brand naming solutions. You will assist CreativeDirector and team members to grow trust-based client relationships, share your ideas to develop client-ready solutions, support cross-department collaborations and assist direct or to lead a skillful and multicultural team to deliver excellence.

You will become a brand expert in tune with the latest state of the art in the branding field. You will also be exposed to multiple research projects of both traditional and innovative methodologies. You will be able to extend your insights development skills and thinking into different territories of the branding world.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT EXCELLENCE │We see beauty in each project: we aim to make every human and enterprise uniquely brilliant and beautiful, how about you?

  • Operateprojects under supervision, including brand verbal identity creation, screening and testing, with a great sense of accountability and in respect with time constraints.
  • Participate in report writing.
  • Write case studies and newsletters.
  • Assist to orchestrate project operation details, such as scheduling interviews andmeetings, taking meeting notes and writing meeting report, communicate internal and external resources to guarantee a smooth project operation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for cross-department projects (strategy and research)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate students, major in Language, Marketing, Economics, Sociology. Or related fieldis a plus
  • Quality acumen with an attention to details
  • Research and creative thinking and solution driven
  • Understanding and passion for branding as well as for the Chinese market and culture
  • Excellent English and Chinese writing skills with good communication skills
  • Capability to think in an abstract and logical way, with excellent analytical skills
  • Enthusiasticand eager to work in a highly collaborative way within a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team environment
