DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
Being the smart and open-minded Finance Intern based in our Shanghai headquarters, you will learn how to deal with the finance issues on different prospects and learn the useful skillsets through which could broaden your understanding for practical operation in business. With the appropriate nurture and traning system, you will be more confident about your career.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Excellence:
• Assist finance department in all files for AR/AP.
• Basic support for project management.
• Maintain system project data and help generate the reports.
• Responsible for daily work related to bank, such as bank slip collection and bank statement preparation.
• Responsible for accounting related work, such as bookkeeping and tax files preparation.
• Other assistance in-head of Finance Dept.
REQUESTED COMPETENCIES
General Competencies:
• Undergraduate with Bachelor degree, major in finance and related is prefer.
• Fluent Mandarin, and excellent in English reading and writing is a plus.
• Good PC skills of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, especially for Excel.
• Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking.
• Strong logical mindset and detail-oriented.
• 2-3 days’ attendance per week, prefer long-term internship.
